Why Are My Steps Still Showing Zero?

Access Health Settings:
Open the Stride app.
Go to "Health Settings."
Tap the "Health" button.
For Android Users:
Install and Sync Google Fit:
Make sure you have installed the Google Fit app on your device.
Sync Google Fit with Health Connect.
Enable Step Tracking:
Ensure you have enabled step tracking for Stride in both Health Connect and Google Fit.
Refresh the App:
Go back to the Stride app.
Pull down the screen to refresh and sync your steps.
For iOS Users:
Enable Stride in Apple Health:
Open the Apple Health app on your device.

Refresh the App:
