Earning Points

With Stride, earning points is easy and fun. Here’s how you can start earning points right away:

  • Walking and Exercise:
    • Simply open the Stride app and start moving. The app is connected to your mobile's health app, tracking your steps.
    • Once you reach challenge milestones you’ll be able to claim points.
    • Both your Steps and Challenges reset daily, so make sure you’re claiming your points each day.
  • Participating in Challenges:
    • Engage in daily, weekly, and special one-time challenges to earn extra points. Each challenge has specific goals, and completing them will grant you a points bonus.
  • Seasonal Events:
    • Each season has its own set of goals and rewards. We start with Season 1, but it’s not the end goal; Season 2 will be even more important.

  • Consistency is Key:
    • Regular walking and participation in challenges will consistently add to your points total, helping you achieve your goals faster.
  • Engage with All Features:
    • Explore all aspects of Stride to take full advantage of the points system. Engaging with every feature not only maximises your points but enhances your overall experience.
