Daily, Weekly, and One-time Challenges

Challenges in Stride are designed to keep you motivated and engaged by providing goals that are fun, achievable, and rewarding. Whether you're a casual walker or an avid stepper, these challenges can help you increase your activity levels and earn points along the way.

Types of Challenges

  • Daily Challenges:
    • These are short, simple activities designed to be completed within a day. Daily challenges are refreshed every 24 hours and offer a quick way to earn points regularly.
  • Weekly Challenges:
    • These challenges require a bit more commitment, extending over the course of a week. They typically involve achieving a cumulative goal, such as walking a certain number of steps by the end of the week.
  • One-time Challenges:
    • These are special events that occur occasionally and offer unique rewards. They usually involve more complex or long-term goals and provide a substantial point boost upon completion.

How to Participate

  • Accessing Challenges:
    • You can find available challenges in the 'Challenges' section of the app. Each challenge will have a detailed description, including the goals, duration, and points awarded.
  • Joining Challenges:
    • To participate, simply achieve the challenge milestone. Challenges are automatically updated based on your steps.
  • Claim Your Points:
    • Your progress for each active challenge will be displayed in the app, allowing you to see how close you are to achieving the goal and claiming your points.
